Citrus County Animal Shelter to Benefit from FundRaiser

A Car Wash to benefit Citrus County Animal Shelter will be held at the Dunnellon Moose Lodge #2308 on October 7, 2017 from 8am to Noon. The Moose Lodge is located at 11890 N. Florida Ave. (US 41) on the northern edge of Citrus Springs.

Financial donations and pet supplies will be collected. Supplies in greatest need include dog collars, leashes, cat toys, catnip, dog treats, Pupperoni, medium sized metal bowls, bleach, paper towels, Dawn dish soap, and more. Learn How to Build Healthy Relationships

UF/IFAS Extension Citrus County is pleased to offer a different educational series to help you improve your relationships.  SMART Couples Florida classes are designed to teach you how to communicate needs, listen to the needs of others, successfully resolve conflict, and maintain happy and healthy relationships with everyone in your life.

“Elevate,” is a fun and powerful relationship-enhancement workshop to help couples improve their communication skills and strengthen their relationships.  This program runs Thursdays from 6 pm-8:30 p.m. from October 26 - November 30.  The week of November 23 will be skipped due to the Thanksgiving holiday.  The program will take place at the Citrus County Canning Center 3405 W. Southern Street, Lecanto.
