Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council to Host Economic Recovery & Resiliency Resources for Business & Local Leaders Workshop in Citrus County
In partnership with the Tampa Bay Regional Planning Council (TBRPC), Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO), the International Economic Development Council (IEDC), and federal partners, the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) is hosting a regional “Economic Recovery and Resiliency Efforts Following Hurricane Irma” workshop on February 16, 2018 at the Citrus County Chamber of Commerce, 915 N. Suncoast Blvd. Crystal River, from 9:00am to 5:00pm. The workshop is free and open to the public. Lunch will be provided and no RSVP is needed.
This is a chance to network with other local and regional leaders and to understand more about how you can be most effective in supporting local economic recovery from Hurricane Irma. The workshop will be especially useful for people in a business or community leadership position and will provide inspiring examples from communities around the country that have experienced and recovered from disasters.
