Do You Have A Problem Or Complaint?

Citrus County is dedicated to provide outstanding service to our citizens. For your convenience, we have provided you with an easy on-line form for you to let us know about your problem or complaint.


  1. Fill in your name.
  2. Select a category from the list (which routes it to the proper department)
  3. Enter the location of the problem. If you do not know the address of the location, please use the nearest intersection.
  4. Enter a description of the problem you wish to report.

Most complaints, by law, require your name and address. You must fill in your name and address. If you wish to be contacted, please include your phone number and/or email address.
