Code Compliance Special Master Hearing - November 15, 2023
The Code Compliance Special Master hears and decides matters of alleged violations of the county codes and imposes administrative fines and enforcement costs where a pending or repeat violation continues to exist.
Aviation Advisory Board - November 9, 2023
The Aviation Advisory Board informs and advises the Board of County Commissioners on all land acquisitions, leases, construction and reconstruction on, improvements, repairs, maintenance, and general operation of all public airport facilities in Citrus County. Meetings are held the second Thursday of each month.
Tourist Development Council - November 8, 2023
The TDC develops the County's plan for tourism development and marketing and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners for the use of Tourist Development Tax (TDT) Revenue through which the Citrus County Visitors & Convention Bureau and it's marketing efforts are solely funded. The TDC chair is District 5 Commissioner Holly Davis.

Water & Wastewater Authority - November 6, 2023
This Board provides for the regulation of private, for-profit water, bulk water, and wastewater utilities within the unincorporated areas of Citrus County.
Special Library District Advisory Board - October 24, 2023
This Board advises the Board of County Commissioners concerning Library budgets, policies and services.
The Citrus County Special Library District Advisory Board meets bimonthly: the fourth Tuesday of even numbered months except December when the meeting occurs on the first Tuesday of the month.
Planning and Development Commission Board - October 19, 2023
The Planning and Development Commission Board reviews development applications and makes recommendations to the Board of County Commissioners on changes to the Citrus County Comprehensive Plan and Land Development Code. The PDC has final action on Variance and Conditional Use applications. The PDC also provides direction to staff regarding land use amendments as well as text amendments on development issues.
