Chapter 19: It is the intent of this chapter to promote, protect, and improve the health, safety, and welfare of the citizens of Citrus County in accordance with F.S. Ch. 162, to impose administrative fines and costs to provide an equitable, expeditious, effective and inexpensive means of enforcing the codes in effect within unincorporated Citrus County. This chapter has been adopted pursuant to F.S. Ch. 162.

Chapter 20: The purpose and intent of this chapter is to protect the health, safety and welfare, and to protect the aesthetic and property values of properties by providing for abatement of grossly unaesthetic, unsanitary or unsafe conditions that constitute a code violation on land subject to and in violation of this chapter.

Chapter 21: The board of county commissioners hereby finds that excessive and unnecessary noise; vibration and air pollution interferes with the comfort of the public and the enjoyment of private property, and impairs the economic welfare of adjoining properties. The intent of this section is to protect the health, safety and welfare, and to protect the aesthetic and property values of properties within unincorporated Citrus County by providing for abatement of such conditions.
